There will be 2 question and answer sessions for the new building project. They will be Sunday, April 18th and Sunday, April 25th. Both sessions will be held in the chapel from 4:30pm to 6:00pm. The Deacons and the Building Committee will be available to answer any questions you may have concerning our upcoming building project.
On Sunday night, May 9th, we will have our Quarterly Business Meeting after the evening worship service. At that meeting, we will vote on the following recommendation from the Deacons.
Whereas God has instructed Faith Baptist Church to evangelize and disciple the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ,
Whereas the membership of Faith Baptist Church has responded to a vision presented by its Pastor, Nathan Osborne, to grow in outreach, to impact their community, and to reach the world with our Lord's good news of salvation,
Whereas diligent work has been done by the building committee with much prayer and careful guidance of the Holy Spirit, and the church membership recognizing with appreciation their dedication and careful commitment to the challenge before them,
Whereas having completed their work and having then made a formal presentation to the Deacon Board,
Be it resolved that the Deacon Board of Faith Baptist Church recommends to the congregation to authorize the building committee to spend an additional $2,075,000 to complete the building project as proposed,
Therefore, be it also known that the membership of Faith Baptist Church does this with great faith in our God Who "is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think."
